Return Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- You contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
- The product is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging
Returns are not accepted for reasons related to:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size or preference after use
- Damage caused by misuse or improper handling
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Include your order number, photos of the issue, and a description of the problem
- Our support team will guide you through the return process
Return Approval
- Once we review and approve your request, we will provide return instructions
- Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted
Refunds
Refunds are processed under the following conditions:
- Once the returned item is received and inspected
- If approved, the refund will be processed via cash reimbursement depending on your region
Please note:
- Refunds are not issued for delivery charges unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item)
- Refunds may take 7–10 business days to process after we receive the item
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective:
- Please report it to us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include clear photos showing the issue
We will offer a replacement or refund after verifying the damage.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our mistake (defective, damaged, or incorrect item), Winona Walks will cover return shipping
- If the return is for any other eligible reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Used or damaged products (not due to delivery issues)
- Items returned after the 7-day window
- Items without original packaging or tags
